MOTHIA

Mothia is a small island right off Marsala(in front). This island forms a lagun. Mozia, founded towards the end of the VIII century a.C. Because of the many archeological excavations, there is proof that the island was once resided by people. Still today you can see the traditional production of the natural sea-salt.
